Dont waste your Go-Go years

 This week I spoke to two Seniors on the topics:


They are in the Go-go years.

Go-Go Years (age 65 to 75).
Slower-Go Years (age 76 to 85)
No-Go Years (age 86 to 100) 

One was too absorbed into work into late nights still, even if he/she is able to retire; adult children nearing 30s and already working.  Within ~5 years, suffered some bad health that required few hospitalizations. But thankfully had recovered.

The second retired who chose to stay at home looking after grandchildren on weekdays. Both knees had undergone Kneecap replacements.

I shared on their Go-go years which is now.

Don't choose to stay at home if you can. Leave it to the No-Go years stage when you can't even or has to be lugged to go out.
