Manulife Longevity Symposium

 1. I attend Manulife Longevity Symposium yesterday (6 Sep 25) at MBS.  I spent the morning there, along with many Seniors.  The free breakfast and lunch were generously good.  2. Manulife, like AIA Vitality, launched its "Manulife Move" yesterday. 3. The Symposium has 2 parts; 3 panels sharing on the perspectives; amongst: * MP Jasmin Lau who was ex-DS(P) MOH. * Dr Chong, MD HCA Hospice * Dr Tanujaa, oncologist, Parkway 4. Four Takeaways: * Plug in and join early in these Communal events, They are meant for us.  If you dont join in now, what makes you think that you will join later, when much older?  Build friendships now. * Eating 25g nuts (not peanuts) daily can extend your life by 1.5 years.  Sleep 30min more each day another 2.5 years. * Beyond health and wealth, the end-game is: Do you have a fulfilling life?  * Rewirement, not retirement mindset.  Think this is an important mindset for our aged Seniors.  "Many wait to live & d...
